MICHAEL LA FLEUR (Choreographer) Michael is one of the entertainment industries most sought after show creators, writers and directors. With a career spanning over 35 years, Michael has created record breaking, and renowned productions across the globe. He has recently returned from Southeast Asia, where he conceived and directed international recording star, Sarah Brightman's, concert for the prime minister of Singapore, the record-breaking production of the cirque-style "Voyage De La Vie" and the original multi-million dollar musical blockbuster, "Lightseeker". Michael began his directing career as assistant to the legendary Broadway and film director, Joshua Logan, and made his professional directorial debut for Burt Reynolds at his theatre in Florida, continuing on to serve as Professor of Theatre for the famed Asolo Theatre Conservatory and Florida State university. Michael has written, conceived and staged multiple musicals, plays, outdoor festivals, theme park productions, museum experiences, theme park attractions, and corporate shows, in the US and abroad, and his long list of loyal clients, include the Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, Six Flags, Rixos, Dragone, along with celebrated theatres and leisure entertainment companies, worldwide. Currently residing In Las Vegas, Michael served as Artistic Coordinator for Celine Dion during the creation of her Las Vegas spectacular, "A New Day" at Caesar's Palace, and is represented on the famous Las Vegas strip by shows ranging from concerts and revues to special events for cirque du soleil, the famed House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, The Venetian, New York, New York hotel and Casino and the celebrated Stirling club. Michael is currently working as associate creative director for a multi-million dollar theme park project, in Turkey, collaborating with Franco Dragone.
