YOSHINORI TANOKURA (Set Designer) ) A native of Tokyo, Yoshi has been creating scenic and costume designs internationally. Currently, he is designing sets for Cosi fan tutte and Eugene Onegin at Opera North in N.H. while assisting John Lee Beatty on All My Sons (Guthrie Theatre) and Donald Eastman on Dialogues of the Carmelites (Glimmerglass Opera). His other credits include: Tosca (Anchorage Opera), My Tokyo Diary and King Lear (Performing Art Center, Tokyo), The Temple of Golden Pavilion (Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design), One Way Street (part Georgia International Festival of Theatre, Republic of Georgia), A Dream Play and Lifes A Dream (Berkshire Theatre Festival), and King Lear (Connecticut Repertory Theatre) which was nominated by Connecticut Drama Critics Circle for the best play in 1998. He holds MA from Central Saint Martins College Art & Design in London.
